In 2002, Brian founded The Bigfoot Forums. That led him to start The Bigfoot Information Project and, eventually, create the BIPcast. In 2007, he launched The Bigfoot Show and, a couple of years later, joined the North American Wood Ape Conservancy where he serves on their Board of Directors.

  1. Barry Newman says:

i think they are smart and as you are learning so are the apes.

    • Brian Brown says:

Sure, they’re smart. Really smart, like pretty much all the larger primates. But they’re also very predictable at times. They don’t always seem motivated by logic or thinking. They seem motivated by instinct (again, like some larger primates). We’ve adapted out tactics more than they have.

  2. I just listened to the show. I think they it may take another year, or two, or three, but you are learning so much about their behavior that eventually you will know what they are going to do before they do it, and you will be able to bag one. You are already there, in many ways. The hard part is getting your team to stick with it and hopefully one of you will pull the trigger at just the right moment, and with a rife with a scope that is not “off”.

  3. Alton Higgins says:

Hey Rob, saw your comment about the scope and just wanted to clarify that the scope was not out of alignment.
